About the Role

In this role, you#39;ll assist clients with reservations, scheduling, and travel planning while ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish. You#39;ll communicate with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel reservations, including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Research travel options that align with client preferences and budgets
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
• Communicate booking details and travel information clearly and professionally
• Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

We#39;re looking for candidates who are:

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with computers and online communication tools
• Strong problem-solvers with effective time-management skills
• Eager to learn new systems and processes

Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, retail, administration, reservations, or travel is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training is provided.
