Job Description

Join a collaborative team dedicated to shaping the future of talent for the CIB (Commercial and Investment Bank) Risk organization. As an Associate Recruiter, you will support the early careers recruitment process, contributing to the attraction, selection, and program execution for high-volume hiring. If you are passionate about early careers recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

As a Campus Recruiting Associate in CIB (Commercial and Investment Bank) Risk Campus Recruiting, you will help us attract, assess, and hire talent for our Fellowship, Summer Analyst, and Full-Time Analyst programs. You will build relationships with business leaders, universities, and partner organizations while delivering a welcoming, high-touch experience for candidates from first event through offer. You will support the planning and delivery of internship and fellowship experiences—orientation, learning, mentorship, and performance feedback—to strengthen engagement and full-time conversion. You will also use data and recruiting systems to keep our processes organized, compliant, and insights-driven, and you will bring curiosity and new ideas that help us continuously improve how we hire and develop early career talent.

  • Use data and metrics to inform decisions and adhere to recruiting risk/controls; maintain ATS/CRM data quality (e.g., ORC/Oracle, Yello, Handshake, LinkedIn, PitchPro+, Excel), track headcount, and assist with regular reporting of KPIs/ROI.
  • Present organized updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership as needed.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn the organization’s capability needs; contribute ideas to enhance processes and the candidate experience.
  • Participate in projects and tasks as assigned to support priority initiatives.
  • Travel during peak recruiting seasons; provide occasional evening/weekend support as needed.
