Salary: $70,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• 11+ years of Pega platform experience, including substantial hands-on development
• Strong expertise in Pega case management
• Demonstrated experience with Pega integrations, including REST/SOAP services and connectors
• Solid knowledge of the Pega rules engine, flow rules, decision tables, and data pages
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Pega certifications such as CSSA and/or CLSA
• Preferred: Experience with Pega Infinity, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments
• Preferred: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications, with an emphasis on case management and workflow orchestration
• Contribute hands-on to rules, flows, integrations, user interfaces, and decisioning
• Turn business needs into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions
• Ensure solutions follow Pega Guardrails, performance standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines
• Build end-to-end case lifecycles, including stages, steps, SLAs, approvals, and escalations
• Apply case types, subcases, spin-offs, and wait shapes effectively
• Improve the case-worker experience using Pega UX features such as sections, views, and dashboards
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP services, connectors, and Pega integration patterns
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream system teams to establish interface contracts
• Diagnose and resolve integration and performance issues
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and practical guidance
• Establish coding standards and reusable assets to increase team efficiency
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and defect resolution
• Assist with deployments and production troubleshooting as needed
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards

We are hiring a Pega Developer for a contingent assignment expected to last 18 months or longer, with possible extension or conversion to full-time employment. The role is available in Charlotte, North Carolina; Irving, Texas; and Chandler, Arizona, and is offered on a W-2 basis. Compensation is listed at $70–$75, with the final amount determined by factors including role scope, location, skills, education, credentials, and experience.
