Key Responsibilities * Provide reliable overnight supervision and assistance with nighttime routines. * Assist with transfers, mobility support, and medication reminders as needed. * Respond promptly and calmly to nighttime calls, assistance requests, or emergencies. * Help with light housekeeping, preparing simple morning or evening routines, and ensuring a safe environment. * Maintain clear and caring communication with family members and management.
