Part-Time Caregiver – Steady Afternoon Schedule $20.00/hour | 20 Hours/Week | Sunday–Thursday Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring a reliable, compassionate caregiver for a consistent part-time assignment supporting a senior couple in a senior living community. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for dependable weekly hours with the same clients and the same schedule each week. Both clients experience cognitive impairment and need a caregiver who can provide patient guidance, supervision, companionship, and assistance with their afternoon routine. Your Weekly Schedule Sunday–Thursday

2:00 PM–6:00 PM

$20.00 per hour 20 guaranteed scheduled hours per week About the Assignment You'll be supporting a senior couple who benefit from structure, reminders, and hands-on assistance with their daily routine. The ideal caregiver is calm, attentive, dependable, and comfortable working with clients experiencing memory or cognitive changes. Your responsibilities may include: * Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care * Providing bathing and hygiene reminders and assistance * Picking up meals from the community dining area * Completing client-related laundry and light housekeeping * Providing companionship and supervision * Offering reminders, redirection, and encouragement throughout the shift * Helping maintain a safe and comfortable living environment * Monitoring for changes in condition or behavior and communicating concerns to the office What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that consistency matters in memory and cognitive care. These clients depend on a predictable routine, so reliable attendance and arriving on time are essential. Previous experience with senior care, dementia care, memory care, assisted living, personal care, or another direct-care setting is strongly preferred. A strong candidate will be: * Dependable and punctual * Patient and compassionate * Comfortable assisting two clients * Observant and able to recognize changes or concerns * Confident providing reminders and redirection * Able to maintain a calm and supportive environment Why Work With Always Best Care?
