Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist Position Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends) Weekly Schedule:

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Night shifts)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Every other week)

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Front Desk Management

• Greet showroom customers warmly and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate team member, and introduce customers to sales personnel.
• Answer all incoming phone calls efficiently; direct callers to the correct department/individual
• Communicate with all visitors and callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Maintain and organize the showroom kids' zone as needed.
• Monitor and maintain the complimentary coffee machine and restock bottled water to ensure cold drinks are always available.

Clerical Duties

• Handle and accurately count cash according to management guidelines.
• Operate the credit card machine properly (processing charges, handling refunds, and issuing receipts).
• Keep a stack of trade-in envelopes prepared and filled with all required items.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee phone directory.

Asset & Document Tracking

• Check vehicle tags in and out accurately as needed.
• Properly document and organize all vehicle book and key sets.
• Ensure all tags, cash, receipts, and customer deals are returned to their rightful secure locations at the end of the shift.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer capabilities for handling financial transactions.
